Mís receta para españal es mousse de chocolate (blanco), caúl para España

1 taza pedacitos de chocolate blanco

1/4 taza agua

2/3 taza azucar 

1 taza whipping crema

1 cucharadita vainilla

Mousse comes from the French word mousse which means “lather” or “foam”. A mousse is a stable prepared food that has air bubbles in it to give it a light taste. Depending on how it is prepared, it can range from light and fluffy to creamy and thick.
